Hey Brent, my buddies' names are Brian Magee and Chris Walls. They own the website www.FiredUpOutdoors.com. They film an internet show and are close personal friends of mine, Brian more than Chris - I talk to Brian quite and all three of us teach bowhunting/archery seminars together every summer. Get with Brian at ocfdbrian@aol.com. Tell him I sent you and you guys and bounce things off of each other about videography, editing, etc. Brian and Chris do an incredible job and are as nice as they come. Brian is also active on my site and he's got a forum on his site too. Sounds like your hunting spot is about 2 hours south of me. I'm just south of Corsicana. Perhaps we can do some hunting sometime. I also hunt hogs year-round. Are you going to be at SHOT this year? If so, I'll see you there!
I spent just a little time at Jh , and think, with a little effort, I should be able to find my way around...At a glance, there are a few stories that I am interested in already! My cousin is the wildlife bio. at a ranch in Burton,Texas where I use as a hub for us to bow hunt..South of Lake Summerfield and just west of College Station. The ranch where he works is a level 3 man. ranch witch has been getting close to the full potential of the land...Our big mature buck hunting is done on state land 20 minutes from the ranch.
I have been playing with videography for a couple years and this season I have been loyal to the camera all season.Other than malfunctions, out of tape, dead battery`s,I have done my best to tote it.LOL.It has effected my harvest just a small amount but has made me a better hunter for it.I`d be interested in meeting and talking with your friends from OK that have these same interests .
Thanx Kevin,
Brent
="Just-Hunt"]Hey Brent,
It was great to see you sign up on the forum on JH! I hope you'll come there often! You'll meet some of the nicest people on the net there. Now we have a couple places we can chinwag! Where do you hunt deer at in Texas anyway? Maybe we can share a hunt sometime. I've also got some good friends in OK that are incredible videographers.
