Use 1 pork roast or deer roast
Use a cooking bag like you would a turkey.
put your roast into the bag season the roast with black peper, garlic and onion powder use more than you normally would.
Set the bag in a cooking pan.
slice up some red potatoes in quarters, use 1 potato per serving, per person and add to the bag.
slice up some carrots about half inch thick and add to the bag
last slice up onions be plentiful with them and dress them over the roast, the potatoes and carrotts should be on the sides of the roast.
add a little bit more seasoning to the vegtables.
add a half of cup of water to the bag just pour it in the corners while its sitting in the pan.
tie the bag shut, pierce two holes in the bag on each end of the pan.
cook roast at 350 for approximately 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the roast, it should be golden brown to dark on the outside, cooking it longer is better.
Tear the bag open and serve.
