wild hog meat marketing

I will soon be opening a company to remove hogs in Florida and want to know if anyone knows where I can sell the meat. It seems you can't charge customers much if anything for the work, so I want to make money selling the meat. I hear Europe has a market and in Tx they ship hogs there. I need a direct contact or somewhere local.
Also, any comments or ideas will be appreciated.

I may be wrong but in Florida I dont think you can sell it in the state ? Also if your trapping its probably better to sell the live hogs to outfitters.
