Length of Hunt: three day hunt in hay fields and creek bottoms. The hunt is a three day season for rifle, a four day season for muzzle loader and a five season day for archery

Opportunity/success: archery and muzzle loader tags are available over the counter. The rifle season requires a draw tag with 75% draw success the first year with 99.9% draw success the second year.

Comments: This property has not been hunted for years so the potential for taking a great trophy is very good. The number of deer on the property is astronomical. Shooting an additional doe is possible. The property is 7000 acres of agricultural crops such as alfalfa, corn and wheat mixed with wooded cover and draws. Drawing odds are good and the opportunity to fill your tag is even better. Our hunters have enjoyed a 100% fill rate in the past. Lodging is at a local bed and breakfast about 10 miles from the hunting area. Lodging is sometimes available for an extra fee at the ranch.
The property if fenced, signed, and the owner lives on the propriety. He will be able to direct you to the highest deer concentration areas.
No ATVs please - the ranch is accessible by four-wheel drive pickup and the game doesn’t spook as much as they do when ATVs are in use. Retrieving games is usually easy, but if there is a problem contact the landowner for assistance.
