DISCOUNTED GUIDED KANSAS DEER HUNTS ON PRIVATE & LODGING

Kansas no longer has Landowner Transferrable Deer Tags. You must apply in the draw for your license/tag. Nonresident deer tag applications must be in by April 30th.
This property is located in the heart of Kansas offering some of the best whitetail deer, turkey upland bird, deer and turkey hunting in Kansas plus the option of a trophy buffalo.
We have archery, black powder and rifle hunts for Whitetail Deer. Our country has a lot of cropland, with woodlots and wooded creek bottoms mixed in. We have a good deer population, with some very nice bucks. In the just ended our deer hunters had 80-85% opportunity on 140+ plus bucks, with a number of really nice bucks taken. Our Spring turkey hunters also did very well.
Archery season takes place during the pre-rut and goes through the rut and post-rut. Rifle season generally starts at the tail end of the rut/post rut. All bowhunting is done from tree stands overlooking trails leading to and from bedding/feeding areas. During rifle season you will generally hunt mornings and evenings from tree stands or good ground blinds.
We also have excellent pheasant and quail hunting. North Central Kansas generally has great habitat for upland birds and our properties are no exception.
We have a brand new, fully furnished lodge that we built in 2001, with all the comforts of home, washer/dryer, satellite TV, etc. Meals are the responsibility of the hunter, and we make available to you the kitchen/cooking facilities in our lodge at no extra charge.
We have two commercial airports less than 3 hours away in Kansas City and Wichita, with airport pick-up readily available.

There is 13,000 acres of river bottom, creek bottom, woodlots, high CRP grass, wheat, Soybeans, Corn, Milo and Alfalfa. There are approximately 270 box blinds and, tree stands on this premium property. The Kansas hunting unit is 7 and 8 for your application which has been a 100% draw in the past with a few tags left over.
Hunts are $3,500 discounted down to only $2500 no matter what the weapon.
Booking: 50% down and the additional 50% 30 days prior to your hunt.
TURKEY
Turkey hunts are guided also with lodging. Price is $750 with lodging and 100% success.
There are many, many long bearded toms in the river bottoms and adjacent fields.
BUFFALO
There are also buffalo to hunt if you are looking for a trophy bull. They are a spot and stalk hunt with a rifle. We recommend at least a 30.06 180 grain bullet or larger on these big bulls. Hunting is November to February.
Bulls 2-3 years old make a nice head mount, they weigh 900-1100 pounds $2700
Bulls 3-8 years old make a Trophy head mount, they weigh 1600-2400 pounds $3800
