Cost of hunt: $ 5,000 for 4 hunters, reduced down to only $4,000
This is over 3, 1 mile squares to hunt.
This prime deer property is managed for trophy hunting, that is why only 4 deer are taken per year. You will be given a map, and a tour of the property, we promote as little traffic on the property as possible to bring the big bucks in and keep them there.
If you don’t want to pay for in town lodging or better yet have a self contained camper, this hunt is for you. We are leasing the complete ranch out to 4 hunters, and giving them ID cards, and patrolling the property. You will be the only ones hunting the property. No interference from other hunters. This promotes big bucks on the property.
Supply of this type of properties extremely limited.

We limit this to 4 hunters each year to keep the buck quality high.
This hunt will be for rifle, archery, or muzzleloader season in South West Nebraska for deer. You will have the ranch to yourself and will be the only ones hunting the ranch. These deer are not bothered by other hunters; there is only the four of you hunting the land picking your way. Big bucks like places where they can live without human pressure and this is the place. If you know how to hunt big mule deer, this is the lease for you. You will receive ID permission slips and anyone else on the property will be trespassing. If you need to know how to hunt these big bucks ask me and I will tell you how to get a wall hanger.
