Cost of the Hunt: $7000 for 6 Hunters, discounted down to only $5,994.
This is over 6, 1 square miles of deer country to hunt.
If you want to hunt prime trophy private property, and just get a map and a tour of the property this is for you. You can stay at a motel in town, and eat meal there, or better yet have a self contained camper, this hunt is for you. We are leasing the complete ranch out to you 6 hunters; you will be the only ones hunting the property. No interference from other hunters.
We manage this as a trophy area by allowing only 6 hunters, to take 6 deer per year. Traffic is kept to a minimum.
Booking Terms: Non-refundable $3000 down, balance 30 days later.

Level of Guiding: Self guided with a map

Season dates: Archery Sept. 15th to Dec.31 except during rifle season
Rifle Nov. 14th to the 22nd (Rut)
Muzzleloader is all of December
Comments: We only have 6 hunters per year to keep our buck quality high.
The property is a combination of canyon pasture and dry land and center pivot irrigated farmland. Food, Cover and Water.

This hunt will be for rifle, archery, or muzzleloader season in South West Nebraska for deer. You will have the ranch to yourself and will be the only ones hunting the ranch.
These deer are not bothered by other hunters; there is only the six of you hunting the land picking your way. Big bucks like places where they can live without human pressure and this is the place. You will receive ID permission slips and anyone else on the property will be trespassing. If you need to know how to hunt these big bucks ask me and I will tell you how to get a wall hanger.
