Cost of the Lease: $7000.00 for 4 hunters, discounted down to only $5,600.00 for 4 hunters
This is almost 8, 1 mile squares of land of prime trophy buck land to hunt.
If you want to hunt prime private property, only 4 hunters will be allowed, and only 4 deer will be harvested. You can stay at a motel in town, and eat meal there, or better yet have a self contained camper, this hunt is for you. We are leasing the complete ranch out to you 4; you will be the only ones hunting the property. No interference from other hunters. You will receive ID permission slips and anyone else on the property will be trespassing. If you need to know how to hunt these big bucks ask me and I will tell you how to get a wall hanger.

Comment: Fabulous mule deer hunting with irrigated, dry land and Canyon Pastures, a great mixture for even greater bucks. This hunt will be for rifle, archery, or muzzleloader season in South West Nebraska for deer. You will have the ranch to yourself and will be the only ones hunting the ranch. These deer are not bothered by other hunters; there is only the two of you hunting the land picking your way. Big bucks like places where they can live without human pressure and this is the place. If you know how to hunt big mule deer and don’t need a guide or lodging this is the hunt for you.
