it's such a shame that people are joining this site to do nothing but spam you or create blog after blog about protien shakes and ugg boots. I have nothing to sell and do not want to buy either, if you want to converse about fishing i am all aboard otherwise i'm not interested and these spam people should go to craigslist or ebay sorry i am sick with a sever upper respiratory infection and thought i had a rquest for a friend that i would have something in common with and it ended up being spam...
Other than that how is everyone? lol

Well I kinda knew it would happen eventually, I ended up in the hospital and had a total hysterectomy, that was the worst pain i have ever felt. i am still recovering but getting better. unfortunately unable to work is not good on the pocket book if you know what i mean, but we'll get through it. I am sooooooooooooooooo ready to go fishing. I am going to nashville in about a month to see my best friend of 36 years. I can't wait. Nice to be back :)

I've been having computer problems for a couple of months now, I finally got tired of it and reinstalled the whole stupid computer to factory settings. Obviously I uploaded pictures today from fishing and concerts in september, but at least i got them up... and yes bossman I am wearing my shirt :) At the Rodney atkins concert I was in the 6th row but i walked right up to the stage to take pictures, and at Glenn Campbell I was in the 3rd row and again walked up to the stage. (man he sure is showing his age) but then again me knowing who he is and going to his concert I guess shows mine :) On September 29 I won a 50" hdtv from Gsn (game show network) however they just received my signed affidavits about a week ago so I am hoping to get the TV soon. That was exciting. We are planning on going to kamiah Idaho for Christmas, God willing it doesn't dump snow on us like last year. My brother n law isn't doing to well, he has hepatitis C and his liver is failing. I entered a chirstmas wish contest on the radio to ask for a computer for him so he can keep in contact with his brothers and sister and his Mom because they all live out of town and he lives by himself, that would be awesome if they chose him. He doesn't know anything about me entering though I want him to be surprised. Wish him luck.

If today were my last day, -
and i thought about the ones i knew, -
how many people along the way would i need to say sorry to? -
Did I teach my Children something -
that they would pass on to theirs? -
Did they think that I was loving? -
Would they know I really cared? -
Would my husband know he was a blessing? -
That I was proud to be his wife? -
Would he know that I was thinking of him, -
Everyday of my life? -
If my Family and Friends thought about me, -
would they have something nice to say? -
Did I do my best to be all I could be, -

I have had a great time fishing lately with the tournaments and just for pleasure. We went to Coeur d'Alene Lake on Sunday and it was absolutely beautiful, the water was so glassy you could see the clouds in the sky without even looking up. The part of the lake we were at was a part of the indian reservation and the water was at it's lowest part only 1.5 ft deep so we had to go very slow across the lake. We caught some pretty big bass however I had one on that I know was a pig and it snapped my line before i got it in the boat. arrgg... Then my husband had one do the same. He also had one on that jumped and I seen it, it was huge. However he didn't reel it in fast enough and the fish wrapped itself around some structure and he couldn't get it in. We still caught some pretty nice ones though. My computer has been in bfe somewhere getting repaired and we may be sending it back again due to it's still not working properly. Amazing that HP has supposedly replaced the mother board twice in the past 3 months and said they fixed the usb ports and yet we still have to continue to plug and unplug them constantly to get them to work. The last tournament was fun, it was a combination of panhandle bass club and some kids 14-16 year old range fishing for flw youth. Unrelated to fishing.... I have endometriosis and In february I had a severe infection in my uterus and they played heck trying to get it under control. Well they finally did but said if it came back I would probably have to have a hysterectomy. Well unfortunately it's back... I have a dr appt tomorrow at 2:45 pm so we'll see. I was in quite a bit of pain on sunday when we went fishing but I didn't care, I figured if they put me in the hospital I am getting one last fishing trip in before they do. (hey I have prioritys"
Ok, so the first tournament of the season was today, unfortunately I had to work (still here as a matter of fact) so i didn't go. However I called my husband at around 1:30 to see how he was doing and he said he had 3 in the boat and lost a 5lb bass when he was trying to net it. I told him to go back to where he lost it and see if it will bite again. He went back and when he called me at 4:00 he told me he caught the 5 lb bass again and boated it this time and ended up winning 1st place for biggest bass and 1st place for biggest stringer!! Way to start off the year!! As they say on Toy Story "Way to go... Idaho"

Ok, so unfortuneatly Paul didn't win the Coeur d'Alene Classic, (I wouldn't dare say that it had anything to do with the fact that I wasn't there as his partner) however he has another tournament coming up this weekend in brownlee resevoir near Boise, this is a State qualifying tournament. We are considering getting a new boat. We looked at a 2007 18 1/2 foot Ranger NICE*** it's red with sparkles and fiberglass. The deal with me though is it MUST have dual consoles. If we're spending that kind of money on a boat that will probably be the last one we ever own then I WILL have my own console. Hopefully my husband will make up his mind, not sure what the hold up is, I mean sheesh it's a no brainer here :) Have a good one

Tomorrow starts the biggest tournament of the year for North Idaho, it's called "The Coeur d'alene classic" Paul, my husband won 1st place last year with over 100 boats. I was very proud and I'm hoping he produces the same results this year. It's a two day tournament, they just left about a half hour ago to the site which is about an hour and a half away to set up camp and go to the big meeting to get all the rules and such. I'll hopefully have an update to his standings by tomorrow evening. Weigh in is at 3pm pacific time. Wish him luck :) Shirley
